Sunday 4th March, 9 – 10:30 am
“Good tools really are a gardeners’ best friend. They make our working lives so much easier, and if we look after them, they’re safer to use, they reduce the chance of spreading diseases between plants, and of course if cared for correctly, they’ll last for years.” Gardening Australia
Come and join us in our new undercover shed for our March workshop. This workshop, facilitated by Dirk Peek will cover how to:
– prevent and treat rust
– sharpen secateurs, loppers and shears
– care for your lawn mower and whipper snipper.
Individual workshops are $5 or become a LDCG member for the year ($15 waged / $10 concession). Please just turn up and pay on the day.
Our workshops are kindly supported by grant funding from the City of Darwin.
