Learn how to harvest and prepare plants from the garden and use them along with basic basket techniques to make a small birds nest like basket. All materials will be supplied.

Workshop is with local fibre artist, Aly de Groot.

Free for LDCG members. You can become a member for the remainder of the year for $10.
Otherwise the workshop is $10 for the general public.

Workshop fees and memberships will be collected on the day.  Please RSVP via Eventbrite. Numbers are limited.

Please wear a hat, bring drinking water and sunscreen. Morning tea will be provided.

There is a dirt driveway entrance to the garden at the Power and Water substation gate. Otherwise you can park across the street. Better yet, ride your bike, walk or catch the number 4 bus.
