A menu from our garden

Workshop: Sunday 4th June 8:30 – 10:30am

Take a stroll through the garden with Lia, our edible plants expert, and collect ingredients to cook a scrumptious green pawpaw curry. Learn how what you may consider weeds can turn into a refreshing salad. Have a taste of Birut’s delicious Rosella jam.
